Wait time is minimal, and the staff is knowledgeable & friendly. While waiting for my contacts order to be shipped, they gladly gave me several pairs of trial lenses so I could get through the week without having to worry whether they’d be delivered on time. Super grateful & happy to have found a permanent optical spot.
